Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your pre-loved finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with the Thrift+ tag still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Thrift+ account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a return label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all Thrift+ tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Drop Off at a Point

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
