What is your return policy for secondhand clothing?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If your purchase doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected, you can return it for a full refund, provided the Thrift+ security tag remains attached.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your sustainable fashion finds sooner.
Can I sell my own clothes on Thrift+?
Yes! You can order a Thrift+ Bag, fill it with your unwanted premium high-street and designer clothes, and send it back to us for free. We handle the photography, listing, and shipping, and you earn credits or donate to charity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also use Thrift+ points earned from selling your own items.
Are the clothes cleaned before they are sold?
While we recommend that donors wash items before sending them in, we also professionally steam-clean all garments to ensure they arrive at your door fresh and ready to wear.
